Tonight was Jays last vb game of the season. We played S. Sevier our school rivals. We lost the first match but came back in the 2nd match with a 11-0 lead before they made their first point. We ended up beating them in all three games (fman, JV, & V) in which Varsity kept their no loss record for the season. Well here are some videos I took of Jayden playing.

I am going to miss Volleyball season, So until next year in August. GREAT JOB JAYDEN!!!!

Freshman Tournament

As you all know from Taceys blog, Jayden had her tournament Saturday in Delta. Here are the two pictures that I took at her games. There were six teams at the tournament, Jaydens team played 5 of the teams. She played 2 games in a row in which she won the first game and lost the 2nd. Her 3rd game was a loss and her 4th was a win. The tournament part was a single elimination bracket game. She wone her first game. Her 2nd game like Tacey said was nerve racking as close as it was, they played 3 matches that time and won the 2nd match, they came away with third place in the tournament. Jayden also became a pro volleyball play that day. Definition of Pro: one who is paid for what they do. Thank you my Sister that turned my Jayden into a Pro Volleyball player. As mom says Jayden can no longer play amateur volleyball anymore. She has a love for volleyball Jayden does.

Locked out!

While I was at work on Sat. the 4th, & Rod was napping, Jayden did something that I guess made Sadie upset with her, I don't know what it was, but Sadie took it out on Jay and boys by going out and letting Fender loose (our dog) and when the three were out trying to catch him, she went in the house and locked the front & back door on the house, locking Jayden, Sean, & Dakota out and wouldn't let them in the house. Jayden had to knock on the bedroom to wake up Rod so he could let them back in the house. When I got home from work and found out what happen I laughed so hard. It was the funniest thing I had heard all day. So a 3 year old can out smart a 14 year old occasionally.

Sean's Birthday

I'm a little slow on getting Sean's Birthday posted, well he turned 8 years old on the 14th of September. So he will be getting Babtized in Nov. when Grandpa and Grandma will be home from vacation. Grandpa will doing the babtizing, I'm very proud of Sean.

Jay again

Jaydens team play N. Sevier again and of course Jays freshies won all three matches. JV won, & the Varsity lost the first two matches then we turned around and beat them in the 3rd match by 13 or 14 points. I think they decided they weren't going to stand letting them win another match. N. Sevier managed to come back and almost win the 4th match, but we beat them in that match and the 5th match.

As for Saturday the 11th, the Freshman tournament starts at 9am in Delta. All I know is that Jaydens first game is at 9 am. She will be bringing a schedule of the games home, and I will keep you updated.

New Niece

On Oct. 3, 2008 @ 6:32 am we were blessed with another neice, weighing in at 5 lbs 2 oz , can't remember how long she was and named Annhi Mercedeze pronounce ( Ann Ie ) it's portuguese I think. Her mom Sandra and new dad Layne.
